This listing is for a sewn Fancy Nancy Inspired Tutu! This tutu is hand cut and each piece of tulle is machine sewn together by hand in fushia and lavender. Our tutus are made with a wide elastic band to prevent rolling at the waist.
Each tutu will include a matching removable flower hair clip at the waistband, a tied lavender bow, feather boa and pearl accents. This item would be beautiful on the birthday girl, at parties, and during dress up play. This would also be perfect for portraits. It is simply fabulous!
